The market is a bit unorthodox right now, houses are selling so fast, and there' s not much inventory available. When our home went under contract, we knew we had to find something perfect for our growing family and fast! Ron was on it. I honestly don't think we would have gotten into the house we are in without him. Not only was he ahead of the game with new listings, he also kept in great communication with us and the sellers of the home we ended up purchasing. Ron was thorough and up front with both parties regarding anything that came up, and somehow he ended up getting us such a great deal that I still can't believe was possible! Everyone walked away feeling like they won the lottery, sellers, buyers (us), etc. Usually the home buying process is very stressful, I think Ron absorbed all the stress for us, so that we could focus on the task at hand.
